Deli Manager

This is a leadership position, part of our management team and responsible for managing all aspects of smooth running deli department including ordering, pricing, and inventory control. The Deli Manager is also responsible for motivating and providing staff with tools required for superior customer service and meeting department objectives for sales, margin, labor, and customer service.

Our Deli sales are $18,000 per week including hot bar, organic salad bar, made to order sandwiches, baked goods, and grab & go items and catering.

Ideal candidates will have:

Experience leading and managing staff of 15
Strong fiscal, operational and people skills
Ability to model exceptional customer service
Knowledge of natural, local, and organic food preparation and merchandising
Excellent communication skills and a great sense of humor

Production Cook

Ideal candidate has professional cooking experience, is ServeSafe eligible, knowledge of production kitchens and excellent communication and customer service skills.

Year round availability required.
